Refund policy

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We currently offer store credit only for approved returns or exchanges. We do not offer direct refunds, replacements, or cash returns unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Eligible Cases

You can request a return/exchange if:

  • you received the wrong item
  • the product arrived damaged
  • there is a size issue

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in original condition with packaging

Store Credit & Shipping Deductions

Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued.

Shipping deductions:

  • Prepaid orders: ₹120 deduction (reverse pickup)
  • COD orders: ₹240 deduction (₹120 original shipping + ₹120 reverse pickup)

For returns/exchanges involving more than 2 items, deductions may increase based on package weight/volume. Any additional deduction will be informed beforehand.

No extra payment is required — deductions will simply be adjusted from your store credit.


Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

In such cases, we will either:

  • send a replacement at no extra cost, OR
  • issue full store credit with no expiry

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • custom or personalized products
  • sale/discounted items
  • gift cards

These are final sale items.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • we can re-dispatch the order after additional shipping charges, OR
  • issue store credit

Orders cancelled due to customer-side mistakes are not eligible for refunds.

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Delivery date
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Once approved, we’ll share pickup instructions.

We reserve the right to decline returns if sufficient proof is not provided.
